
Reliability Engineer
Place of work: Rožnov pod Radhoštěm
What will be your main responsibilities in the role?
- Qualifies new or modified products, designs, packages, and processes.
- Performs evaluations of products, designs, packages and process.
- Provides reliability information to product engineering, design, and manufacturing organizations.
- Dispositions rejects, once verified by either reliability lab or product/device engineer.
- Reviews failure analysis reports.
- Coordinates and tracks submissions to the Reliability Lab.
- Performs statistical data analysis, as necessary.
- Assesses product reliability risk.
- Writes Internal reliability reports and External Customer reliability reports using AEC 1-Pager format.
- Upon request, provides Reliability Qual data.
- Respond to Customer inquiry related to Reliability.
- Responsible for approving release of new products.
- Responsible for routing qualification plans to the appropriate Reliability Lab.
- Manages devices and testing for the Reliability Audit Program (RAP).
Requirements:
- University Degree MSc.
- Experience in semiconductor industry and knowledge of Semiconductor Device Theory is an advantage.
- Education in electronics, physics, semiconductor technology is an advantage.
- Good English communication both verbal/written.
- Strong time management, diligence, responsibility, precision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, Oracle, Agile, SharePoint.
