Marketing Analytics and Intranet Specialist

As an Marketing Analytics and Intranet Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company’s intranet experience. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders to enhance our recently redesigned intranet, ensuring it becomes a hub for thought leadership, open communication, and seamless collaboration across our global employee network. Reporting to the Brand Marketing and Communications Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving intranet adoption, providing analytics insights, and optimizing our digital communications strategy.

What will be your main responsibilities in the role?

Intranet Development:

  • Collaborate with internal business partners to build out and enhance intranet pages for diverse departments.
  • Redesign key intranet sections to improve usability and engagement.
  • Educate key contacts on the self-service brand portal’s capabilities.

Analytics and Metrics:

  • Maintain and curate metrics related to intranet usage, engagement, and performance.
  • Provide data-driven insights to support our brand initiatives.
  • Identify outliers and trends to inform decision-making.

Consultative Support:

  • Assist internal teams in developing their own SharePoint pages.
  • Offer guidance on best practices for intranet content and design.
What are the requirements?

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 3-5 years equivalent working experience
  • High proficiency and working experience with creating, designing, editing and updating SharePoint sites (or a comparable CMS), webpages, web parts, document folders, lists, image libraries and workflow creation.
  • Extensive experience with accessing and interpreting SharePoint reporting and analytics, Power BI, Google Analytics and similar platforms.
  • Strength in working with colleagues across functions and developing relationships at all levels of the organization, confident and comfortable interacting with a wide range of people and personalities.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Active level of English.
